These fabric marking pens are convenient to hold and use while marking on fabric. The pink pen marking is air erasable and the Blue pen is water erasable.
Pink pen - Marks disappear when exposed to air.
1] Marks do not disappear unless they are exposed to the air. 2] If you want the marks to remain longer, insert the marked fabric in poly bags or between fabrics. 3] The ink disappearing time depends on ink penetration, Writing conditions, material type, room conditions, etc.
Blue Pen - 1. Tap the marks with a wet towel when you want to erase them. Tapping is a very important operation to break the ink configuration. 2] Use Water only. Soapy water or detergent prohibited since it may cause color deterioration or leave stains. 3] Iron after removing marks.

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you always close the top of the pen when not in use. If you keep it open, the ink may dry/harden and cannot be used. Also before marking on the actual fabric, try the pens on a small piece of same fabric for testing and see if the markings go easily with air/water.
CAUTION : 1] Beware of similar imitation markers in the market 2]Duplicate products may cause damages on your valuable textile. 3] Be sure to perform a test in advance. Unexpected troubles may occur depending on the nature of the materials used.

Where All Do We Deliver?
We deliver to all and any postal address in India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. For now delivery is only within India. Once ordered, it will be delivered in 7 - 10 business days.
Transit Risk
SF Studio LLP ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But we will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
Shipment and Tracking Details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Returns
The User can return the goods if wrong products have been delivered to him/her. The User can also return the products if they are damaged or defective. The return should be made in the same condition as the User received the product in their original packaging with all the paperwork to ensure he/she gets a full refund. No shipping cost shall be refunded to the User unless the product is either incorrect, damaged or defective.
Returns
Cancellation Policy :
1. Incase you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please do so before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Policy for Supplies/Products:
Request for a return within 6 days of receiving the product under the below circumstances. You may email us to return or exchange at learn@savisfashionstudio.com.
1. You may request for return/exchange if the wrong product is received or defective or damaged product has been delivered to you.
2. The return should be made in the same condition as received - that is in their original packaging with all the paperwork to ensure you get a full refund.
3. Shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is either incorrect, damaged or defective.
4. If the return of a product is not due to any defect, damage or incorrect product, then you would need to bear the return shipping charges.
5. If a wrong product is sent by us, we will arrange for pickup of the wrong shipment and ship the correct product to you.
Return/Exchange for Ready Garments:
1. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped so that you get a full refund. You may email us at learn@savisfashionstudio.com.
2. If there is any damage or defect in the garment, please inform us immediately through whatsapp or email. Please mention your order id and also send a photo of the defect/damage. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.
3. If you wish to return the product for any other reason, you may raise a return request within 6 days of receiving the product, by whatsapp or email.
a] Please note that the garment should be unused and returned in the original packaging with the tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
b] Return/exchange request raised beyond 6 days of receiving the product will not be accepted.
5. Once we receive the product, a quality check would be done by our team and if satisfactory, a refund would be processed.
6. The amount would be refunded to your original mode of payment or a credit note can be given.
