Do you think sewing your own saree blouse is difficult? We will make it easy for you with our professional techniques, easy pattern making methods and step by step guidance. This new year learn this beautiful and very useful skill of sewing your own garments.
Limited seats - Only 6 students per batch.
Days - 9 days [18 hours]

Who can attend - Any female above 15 years of age.
At Savi's Fashion Studio, classes are designed to help beginners to comfortably start sewing your own garments. You will learn from taking body measurements to drafting the blouse pattern for any size, laying and cutting of fabric and sewing to completion with a neat finish. You will also learn some tips and tricks of sewing which would help you to sew in an easy and professional way. Savi's Fashion Studio has been training in Pattern making & sewing since the year 2010.
What you need to get:
As we progress with the class, you would need to get cotton fabric for practice. [Not needed on the first day]
What you learn:
In this workshop, you will learn to take body measurements for a saree blouse, Application of measurements, Drafting a pattern for any size, Laying and cutting of fabric, sewing 4 different kinds of saree blosues - Choli, Princess, Waistband and single dart blouse. You will learn different methods of finishing the neckline neatly and many tips on getting professional finish in your garment.
What does the fees include:
Includes a good quality Pattern making kit with pattern paper for the workshop: Set Square, Armhole curve, Measuring tape, Fabric marking pencil, Trimmer, Pins, Tracing wheel, seam ripper and Fusible Interfacing. Individual sewing machine for all in the class. Get experience using Industrial power sewing machine and Electric home sewing machine and sergers.

1] Who can attend this workshop?
Any female above the age of 15 who is interested in learning this beautiful skill can attend this workshop.
2] Do I need to have any prior knowledge?
Good to have attendend our Beginner's sewing workshop or know how to use the sewing machine. However, even if you do not know, we will teach you from the basics and with individual attention.
3] Do I need to get anything for the workshop?
We will provide all the tools needed for the workshop except the fabrics. You just need to come with a lot of enthusiasm to learn. Going forward you may need to get fabrics which will be intimated before hand.
4] Where is the workshop conducted?
It is conducted in Hebbal, North Bangalore
5] What is the duration of the workshop?
This workshop is for 9 days, 2 hours a day and the dates are mentioned in the description above.
6] What do I learn in this workshop?

7] Do I need to buy a sewing machine?
Here in the workshop, individual sewing machines will be provided to each student, however you would need to buy one to practice at home and continue sewing. You may try the different machines that we have here and can get a better idea on what would suit your needs as we have domestic sewing machine as well as Industrial machines.
