Q : Hi mam what is the standard height of the cutting table we should maintain and when using home sewing machine what should be the table height - Priya (1 year ago)
A :

It can be of the dining table height.

When you sit and sew, your feet should be flat on the floor. Your elbows should be in a comfortable position, that is you should not have to strain. Adjust the height of the chair by placing cushions if needed.

Q : Hi mam..can u pls tell the table height length and width dimensions?I have a lots of confusion regarding height?thank u mam - Sindhu (4 years ago)
A :

Hi,

The height, length and width would be as much as a standard dining table. If you are customizing your table, you may keep the height a little more if you are tall so that you don't need to bend too much while drafting patterns or cutting fabric. My cutting table height is around 32 inches. The length and width can be around 3' and 4'  or more depending on your space availability and requirement.

Q : Hi, whats the fabric name? Where I can find them? - Nithya Mahalingam (5 years ago)
A :

Hi,

Not sure of the fabric name and the dealer also did not know.  I found it some years back in a small shop when I was looking for thick cotton cloth to cover my cutting table. However, we will soon be having heat resistant fabric [upto 180 degree celsius] in our Supplies.

You can use any thick fabric.

Q : You are always excellent. Kindly upload a video on vpalazo cutting - GEETA (5 years ago)

Thanks so much. Sure, many more videos will be uploaded. Kindly post your review/rating for the classes you watch on our website.
